African Animals is a publication project done for a graphic design studio called Design Stack based in Mumbai. Its a set of various illustrations of animals depicting 10 poems written in relation to Africa and its wildlife by the poet.
All the illustration are sketched and rendered in Adobe illustraton and final publication is done in Indesign.Below is the workflow and presentation of the project

Various sketches are made keeping in mind the plot of the poem and style was kept in between cartooning and graphic. Various illustration were created and killed in this process.It took considerable time to sketch 30+ characters in the series.
